This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the lm500h platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document in full before registering or using any of the services provided.

Password & Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. lm500h will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our customer support team.

- The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access the platform is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Permitted Use
Users agree to use the lm500h platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Use of the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
- Manipulating games, payment systems, or any platform mechanism through technical or other means
- Colluding with other users to cheat or gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Using any third-party software, automated systems, or other unauthorised methods
- Posting content through the platform that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of any party
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other users
Lm500h reserves the right to take action including account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances associated with rule-violating activity, and reporting of suspected activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the lm500h platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account name used matches the name registered on their lm500h account.
Deposit Terms
Deposits successfully credited to a lm500h account are final. lm500h is not liable for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment service providers such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name. lm500h reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Any bonuses or promotions offered are subject to the wagering requirements and validity period stated at the time of issuance. Bonuses may not be converted to cash until all specified conditions have been fully met.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Lm500h is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted service at all times. lm500h is not responsible for losses resulting from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Lm500h reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in violation of these terms, involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Balances in accounts closed due to terms violations may be forfeited. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact lm500h customer support.
All content on the lm500h platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphic elements — is the exclusive property of lm500h and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from lm500h.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days from the date written notice of the dispute is given.
